To present your Wedding Reception Banquet, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, serve the food and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration. A chef will be present to carve the roast, plus one or two waiters/waitresses depending on the size of the function.
