Staff
To present your Classic Spit Roast, we recommend you utilise the services of professionally trained personnel who can attend your function, present your buffet and clean up, allowing you to enjoy the celebration.

• Cost for chef: $140 for four hours.
   (Includes pre-arrival
   preparation time)
• Cost for chef assistant: $120 for
   four hours. (Includes pre-arrival
   preparation time)
• One staff member required for    every 50 guests.
• Cost for bar attendant $160 for
   four hours
• A surcharge applies for public    holidays and for travel to    extended ares.
